What are the best tips you know for getting lean (without peptides or roids) i tried doing cardio (incline walking 30-40min) like a month and a half, 5 days a week after gym session but i did not notice some results of me getting leaner, is that because i was getting to much calories?

jfl at this, cardio doesent matter if ur not in a caorie deficit. u can do incline walking every day and sadly still dont get lean if food intake is too high and only goyslop

track ur calories, eat high proteins low fat and lift weights, dont do cardio so often just 2 times a week and ur good

I was thinking like that too but was not sure, when i will do my cut i will keep that in mind
