I know this is a kinda regurgitated and parroted opinion now and I don't have much room to talk as a grey myself, but if you have under 50 posts, avoid asking for rates, you will be bullied and you're also filling the forum with slop.

What I'd recommend doing is LURKING around the forum first, just read, look at people's questions, look at their answers. don't bother making a thread of your own yet, that's what I did and I lowk got called a dumbass and I agree.
Focus on getting around the forum first, your questions are not the first, if you look at the top right and hit search for what you're curious about.

Basic ass questions like how to increase bonemass, get taller, or get better skin etc. have already been addressed and answered on .gg and .org, you do not have to make a whole ass thread for a simple question that's already been answered, that's what I did because I am a bit new to forums aswell. But I stopped posting after realizing my error and just started lurking for a bit, I got used to the people here (love you bhais), I learned how to navigate the website better, I learned how to not be a pitiful poster (aside from my shitposting last night).
