Looksmaxxing and Blackpilling forums are organized around the themes of physique, procreative selection and perceived social worth. However, the exclusive focus of these forums rests in the conjunction of each of these themes. This occurrence can be attributed to the shared notions of biological determinism, hierarchical structure, and the idea of human worth being manifest in ones physiology. This corresponds to far-right ideologies in their philosophies in the area of human worth and human structure, rather than their present-day activist manifestations in being against immigration and globalization. A premise of the blackpilling philosophy is the belief in the predestinative quality of biological characteristics dictating the course of life. Skeletal features are seen as the deciding factors in interpersonal and social success. Notions of egalitarianism are seen as less important, or even inconsequential. This sets the philosophical stage in conflict with the egalitarian ideologies seen in the liberal movement, and by extension, the ideologies of far-right ideologies as well. Biological determinism, in this capacity, provides the foundation for justifying human hierarchies and inequalities, the body being the proof of ones standing, sexuality, and worth, and consequently, ones ability to perform and be given duties and roles in society. This makes the ideas inherent to the blackpilling philosophy easily relatable to political ideologies of society and structure. The far-right and authoritarian movements in history have displayed their ideologies in architecture and art of a monumental kind. The use of monumentality becomes a means of conveying notions of hierarchy and stability. In this visual ideology, the male form is prominent. The statues that were sculpted outside the Reichstag are not meant to represent ordinary people. These works are ideals. The figures are meant to be idealized; they transcend time and are not bound by the experience of being human. The ideal body is used as an icon for power, perpetuating the idea that power lies in form. Arno Breker’s sculptures are examples of how aesthetic ideals have been formalized into a form of political symbolism for the far-right. His sculptures featured hyper-idealized male figures who embodied extreme muscularity, symmetry, and emotional control. These sculptures expressed certain ideals through anatomy. The very essence of a body became an image of superiority. In the Blackpill community, such tendencies resurface through technological means. The means are different, but the same rationale applies. The alignment between blackpill spaces and the far right is ideological continuity. Both treat biology as fate, hierarchy as truth, and aesthetics as moral evidence.
