its not bloat its inflammation and its insane, you can't larp this.
On top of that, to get DJ without your parents knowing is pointless since you need to be 18+ anyways
Just wait for the inflammation to chill, probably bedrot for a bit, wear a facemask for the small occasions in which you go out to the store

or just say its swelling from "a procedure" and don't continue, people don't care that much

The swelling from the bimax goes away slowly over time(after like the first 2 weeks where its more rapid) so its not like you Will instantly look that much better wich will make it harder for your friends/family to see that you have gotten any work done
Where are you going to get 50k at 18? You’ll probably have to travel to see a proper surgeon, and by the time you’re out of the hospital post-surgery, most of your inflammation would be gone anyway
