i’m 16 6’3 and ab ~170lbs 14ish% bf.
Js want some help softmaxxing and wanna know if anyone has had any real forward growth from softmaxxing. Just started using HC on my nose, got invisalign about 3 days ago and i’ve been using tret for ab 2 months now.

I've heard betamethasone works better than HC so maybe check that out, also don't think it will do much if you're already on tret but again I'm not too knowledgeable on this topic

The doc prescribed me ts still havent tried it is it really good ?

It's a more powerful corticosteroid than HC so it could work better but is also more likely to have side effects

according to google, the most powerful version of betamethasone (dipropionate) is 600 times more potent but again I don't know much about corticosteroids

it is prescription depending on where you live though, so it may be a little hard to get
