Bideltoid is not actually your real frame.
Your frame is dictated by your bone structure AND NOT what amount of muscle you have.
Bi acromial is your real frame, the larger bi acromial you have, the larger frame you have, the larger frame you have, the more better looking you are when you are more androgenised.
High bideltoid but a narrow Bi acromial is cope because a person will have to most likely gymcel a lot and ruin his physique instead of hardmaxxing to 'appear wider' WHICH IS COPE. Also, people with a large frame and a mid-high bideltoid (without needing a ton of muscle and in that respect, gymcelling) is always better than a gymcel framelet who has an 'illusion' (cope) of wide shoulders just because he trained.
Ways to increase your bi acromial/Frame:
If still growing, high dose HGH is a very good option, also trenbolone.
The best way to build a larger frame (and what works EVEN if you are not growing) is by far is clavicle lengthening surgery (you can lengthen up to 3cm per side) which is a 2.36 inch frame increase, which can take a person from narrow average to upper average/wide (bi acromial to height ratio) or from average to wide
Best thing about surgery is that you can do it more than once BUT commonly the surgery after the 1st will have less shoulder width increase than the 1st and you will need good bone density/mineralisation, but good thing is: roids can increase density.
