There is black goo in media and everywhere in history. My theory this is an alien race that easily manifests itself in the 3d as it doesnt have as much necessary paradigms as other races and that it looks simple. They work with the black goo. other theory its alien excretion that can stay in the 3d for long periods of time. This could also corrupt DNA. MATRIX SHENANIGANS
