I’ve had very soft, thin strand, low density hair my whole life unfortunately. What are some of the best looksmaxxes I can do for my hair outside of diet, collagen, and proper shampoo + conditioning routine?

Also i can give you a few more tips like

Use derma stamp instead of a roller, better grip and it won't like idk the correct word, the hair won't be stuck while rolling,
And it's better to do it on damp hair (not too wet but not too dry), I do it in the morning after taking a shower and slightly pat drying with a cotto tshirt

And use your topicals in the night, or the next day

Also DON'T forget scalp massages, it improved my hair alot personally, I only started microneedling recently but have been massaging for 10 minutes every night since the beginning of 2026,

Minoxidil 5% foam/Rosemary oil/Caffeine serums
Scalp Care :-
Microneedling 0.5–0.75mm
Scalp massages 5-15minutes before sleeping

Mark as solution nigger or else I'll genuinely rape you

do partitions, like part your hair along your temple then microneedle the exposed scalp, and the do that for middle, and that do that for the other temple (parallely along),

I do once in 10 days, 0.5mm
