What are some of the best natural ways to reduce/stop acne (even if temporarily)? I am currently unable to access any type of pharmaceuticals besides digestive enzymes, so basic skincare products, diets/foods, or just methods/advice in general, will help me out.
I know some basics, but I'm curious to hear what advice people have to offer

in terms of natural there isn't much you can do.

replacing bed sheets, avoiding junk food, all the obvious watery ass info out there is basically all you can do.

why can't you access pharmaceuticals? isotretinoin does wonders, you are wasting time not using these drugs to your advantage.

if i were you i would just fraud, use bb cream, concealer ect.. to cover up spots until you can get your hands on some isotretinoin.

That's what I'm trying to do lowk, I cannot access them because I am honestly just too nervous to ask my parents. They've already declined shit as basic as a fucking skincare product because they think I'm "insecure", so asking for a drug designed to help me aesthetically? Prolly not gonna happen, but I'll try tomorrow morning.
