What should I tell my doctor if I want a marpe but also want insurance to pay for it

I have a narrow pallete but I don't have sleep apnea or anything like that

However I feel as if my airways feel blocked or too small

ive already been through this i cant put links to other platforms but i made a series of threads of trying diffrent methods and going to the ortho it wont work if your pallet is not actually fucked up. mine was narrow and they still wouldnt give me it
instead i have to go get a bunch of expensive surgerys instead of fixxing the root cause.
