1 minute of intense sprinting + 1 Liter of water always debloat me in an instant and with less side effects than "drink 5 liters of water per day

". i used to drink like 3 liters water for debloat,it work on me but i was pissing clear each 2 minutes for all fucking day, My dih was burning for that back then (i din't even have time for goon)
It is more practical to reduce the amount of water consumed and combine it with 1 minute of very intense sprinting (max 1 minute for avoid intense stress effects)
