1.shoulder to waist ratio:
your shoulders should always be at least 0.6x times bigger than your waist, creating the V-taper look Wich shows dominance,is appealing to females and gives great advantages in sports like faster and easier durability

2.a tall torso:
A long torso with shorter legs creates a lower center of gravity, offering more stability and control

A long torso is usually about 20 or more inches (for packs)
Or 65 in total torso length.

A wide wingspan:
For your wingspan to be considered wide,it needs to be at least 7cm taller than your original height.

This offers advantages in hiking (easier to reach resting points/rocks)
Boxing (makes it easier to reach opponent without having to get dangerously close)
swimming (usually faster due to arms giving support to the rest of the body underwater)

tall height (6ft or above):
This one sucks, you can have all the advantages mentioned before but if your short its immediately cancelled out

Being taller than the average person makes you look more dominant, and your more visible than others due to the Halo effect

This can also make your weigh heavy (80kg or above) even though you look skinny due to the mass in your bone structure

This gives advantages in sports like:
Basketball:kinda well known and obvious, being taller means you can dominate your opponent in a 1v1 and easily be able to dunk the basketball rim

Football/soccer:mostly gives you an advantage in the defender/goal keeper position,as a defender it is easier to block off attackers if your tall

And if your a tall goalkeeper it makes it easier to save shots due to reach

flat heels:
Usually when the back tip of your foot is completely flat, making it easier to run,jump..etc

Higher testerone/aggression:
Higher testerone usually means you will be an aggressive athlete, not scared to take risks

Example:blocking strong soccer shots
Pressuring the opposite team in basketball
Swimming for longer times and in deeper areas
Not being scared to take hits in sports Wich involve fighting

genetics help but people overrate checklists like this. most guys wont max everything here anyway. training, sport choice, and consistency matter way more than obsessing over ratios you cant controll

I mean your shoulders need to be 0.6x times bigger than your waist,I'm not using a comparison chart

Pretty good thread but I would have to disagree on the defender bit in football. Although being tall would make you look 'bigger' Imo it wouldnt give any real advantage when it comes to playing the game. It depends more on Bw, muscle mass, agility and balance. Like who do u think will be better at defending, the 6ft 65kg guy or the 5'9 80kg??

yeah but the guy who's 6ft will have potential to gain more weight than the 5'9 guy because his body would be able to take in more calories and stuff
