Alright so i recently had began my fast 12 hours ago
I started noticing something was off about 3 minutes into my small workout
then i felt something creeping onto me, something like death bru genuinely, it felt like i was about to die, i have spammed some carbs and electrolytes.
Anyone have some tips??
