Ive had atopic skin since i was a baby and its supposed to be treated with special lotions and shower gels but my mom didnt and now its really bad. My arms, my triceps, my chest are harsh like if you were touching sandpaper. Is it irreparable if im already grown or can it be helped?

lmfao i was about to say that, on top of these theres also more harsh ones such as Ebglyss and Nemluvio but these are pretty new, approved in late 2024
