This is my first post on here, I found out what Bp was in December of 2024 when I was 15 but never took it serious until July of 2025 after I turned 16. I wanted to grow my frame and the bone in my face. I started hard mewing inconsistently at first and slowly started to get more consistent, I also did other soft maxes like neck curls, chin tucks, dead hangs, bonesmashing, sprints, squint resistance for my eyes, ghkcu serum, vitamin e oil for under my eyes, whole food/primal diet, 9+ hrs of sleep and I’m also a wrestler so I have those practices too along with working out 4x a week, upper 3x and 1 leg day. I wanted to get more results in the gym so started out with 150mcg cjc-1295 no dac and 150mcg ipamorelin nightly 5x a week. Along with that I was doing 6.25mg enclomaphine, and I was on a supplement routine of 5000ui d3 and 125mg k2, astxanthan 12mg, boron 6mg, Nac, L-tyrosine, wild caught fish oil and butea superba in the morning and 600mg magnesium, glycine, 2mg melatonin with my injection. I grew from 5’9 to 5’11 1/2, documented by sports physicials and my own measuring. I also put on 10lbs of muscle going from 150 to 160 and I stayed within similar body fat. I’m thinking of just doing Hgh and test e tbh. Either that or doubling my peptide dose and add tesamorelin in the mornings but I’d still probably do low dose test.
