Just find stores that sees staff preoccupied with customers frequently (Ideally during peak hours), and fill then. As i said before, rotate stores regularly to avoid detection, and take other measures (E.g., different outfits, visiting on specific hours/days, avoid interaction with friends/peers). Be aware of cameras but most are fake anyways, use the aforementioned to advance any shoplifting urges aswell, it's what i follow for everything

In the uk workers are instructed to not intervene with shoplifting events, and law enforcement doesn't bother to respond if the items stolen are under £50 (unless area is very low-crime). Avoiding detection is trivial, if you act like a normal citizen & don't dress like scum you'll be undetected the majority of the time. Ideally you just have crackheads run into shops and steal what you want, there's no tracing it back to you if you're 100-IQ+ since most crackheads are amnesiac subhumans.
