yup i see what you are talking about, imo i think u might be a solid candidate for modified LF1, tho why are u so hesitant about implants? Bimax + midface implants that cover the full undereye area and also the zygos might be enough to give you the frontal projection u are looking for and fix the midface discrepancy, anyways i would still sugesst you get done a CBCT 3D scan and to check the A-point, SNA angle, facial convexity, just to be sure, that will tell us for sure.
Sorry, Wednesday is a big school day for me.
That's what I'm thinking regarding modified LF1 but this is a sort of topic where you're either a trained professional or know basically nothing since so few legitimate data reviews exist. Especially considering my providers won't give me any motherfucking scans.
I'm hesitant about infra/zygo implants for a few reasons.
1. Truthfully, they are expensive and insurance wouldn't cover it, whereas I know my provider
will cover bimax since my sleep apnea is that bad.
2. My family is surprisingly open to me getting DJS because of the health concerns, despite it being a look altering procedure. That being said, I wouldn't want to get bimax, recover, then get another cosmetic procedure and have my family look at me like a schizo. I was initially hoping for FMA/facemask to be an option. Not gonna be the case if I need over a fuckin centimeter jfl.
3. I've generally seen negative reviews of them on org, and only selective instances where they'd help. I don't know much and won't claim to be a professional, but I think with existing recession, advancement of lower midface causing further infra recession, I'm going to be gigarecessed and implants thus
especially would not work. This may not be the case. This is entirely based on a hunch from what sounds logical in my brain and could be totally wrong.
I 100% intend to get a CBCT and Finally Fucking Get My X Rays If They Would Ever Give Me My
GODDAMN X RAYS IT IS NOT THAT FUCKING COMPLICATED TO EMAIL THEM TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll note the specifics you've detailed re CBCT stuff.
