so I was on antidepressants (fluoxetine) for a while, and one thing i noticed is that I stopped feeling fatigued constantly 24/7, I actually never felt fatigued, I actually felt normal for once in a very long time.

After coming off fluoxetine, been like 4 months now, the constant fatigue has come back, its just annoying atp, any brainmaxxers in here able to tell me what the underlying problems are with me and how can i fix this?

I'm guessing it has something to do with serotonin, or testosterone, but i literally LDAR now and when i was on antidepressants I was active all the time, been struggling with this constant fatigue for i'd say 5 years now and im 21.

Synapse Synapse

Solution
It could be thyroid dysfunction, b12 deficiency, anemia, vit d deficiency or your test is fucked
If it doesnt get better go get bloodwork done for CBC, ferritin, thyroid panel, vitamin D, B12, and testosterone.

Theacrine can work or Citicoline/Alpha-GPC. (dietary supps)
Pinealon or selank if ur not pussy & inject, worst case scenario i think u should hop back on fluoxetine but in the longterm it can fuck up your D1 receptor sensitivity

2 good answers, hoodsickle hoodsickle did you use ai for your answer? be honest
doesnt look like ai but like hes giving u solutions to physical exhaustion/fatigue, i think ur fatigue is more mental than anything. There are TONS of nootropics that can help with that just do ur own research
