dont get me wrong, his protocol is nuts and has rlly good advice but smth caught my eye in page 20 in his gh igf1 section where he states all u need is just 2-4 ius for "bone benefits
i look more into this and realize hes COMPLETELY wrong and that hgh is supposed to be calculated dose wise and as we look in to this study https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3745402/ you can see that 0.15iu/kg is the best dose for gh, which is kind of a stretch since 0.45iu/kg is a large margine. however 0.15iu/kg calculated in the avg human being is wayy more than 2-4 ius that androgenic claims is the key dose to "bone specific benefits"
and interestingly enough in this study https://pure.amsterdamumc.nl/en/pub...-radiographic-absorpti/?utm_source=google.com they compared
8 IU/m²/day, 6 IU/m²/day, 4 IU/m²/day, and it turned out that the 6 IU/m²/day performed similarly to the 8 IU/m²/day meaning u can achieve similar or MORE final predicted height since u can use more hgh for a bit longer in a short budget scenario which is what most of us r experiencingm, however the 4 IU/m²/day performed THE WORST, fyi 4 IU/m²/day is literally more ius a day for the avg person calculating the dose than the fixed 2-4 ius a day dose that androgenic claims to be the best dose for "bone specific benefits"
this goes to show how you cant trust everything, but other than that, his protocol seems REALLY good compared to the other niggas like clav or bojack who dont even know much abt pharmacology and just watched youtube summaries of compounds and made a course
