Anavar / Oxandrolone, EQ (Boldenone), and Cialis for Gym Pumps / Performance​

Oxandrolone (Anavar) = DHT derived oral anabolic-androgenic steroid
very low androgenic activity (rating 24 vs testosterone 100)
Moderate-high anabolic rating (322-630), but real potency is closer to mild-moderate​

Does NOT aromatize to estrogen -> no water retention or gyno risk
Short half life of 9-10 hours, split dosing typical​

Positives - When & why people use it​

Excellent for lean tissue preservation during calorie deficits​

Minimal water bloat -> very dry, vascular, hard look at low body fat​

Some strength gains without much size (great for powerlifters / athletes in weight classes)

What does this mean, WTF is "steady lean mass gain" dont all roids do this ? or some "Shaky" instead of "Steady" ?

Most people report the opposite when using EQ, so wouldnt really list that as a benifit

and he dint claim its better than using a AI, or even talk about its "AI like effects"
