100mg Q10
15g hydrolyzed collagen
1000mg vitamin c

before bed 600mg magnesium glycinate

Anything u would change, thinking about switching d3 for cod liver oil?

Whats ur opinion on cod liver oil, heard its optimal ratio for d3 and vitamin a, I eat liver sometimes so idk if its necessary or not out mostly from a health point of view

No but i would recommend zinc for u since u dont eat vegetable bull shit which is good but to Supplement zinc would help even for test a lil bit
