What's the difference? should I get a rhino or an alarplasty? I know my nose is shit and I dunno which to get but yea lmk guys!11! Also if u could explain why I should get one or the other lemme know. (posted pic so u can see my jew nose)

Rhinoplasty is full nose reshaping, alarplasty is a nostril reduction/reshaping
