Don't start smoking.

Most who start smoking have the mindset of they can quit anytime they want, smoking to me is like an old friend who has always been there for me since I started, and that is a bad way to regard it, smoking will probably kill me, I don't think I could quit if my life depended on it, smoking is probably the single worst decision I have made.

Yeah there are upsides but they don't outweigh the downsides, like appetite suppression, my uncle who has smoked for almost 40 years has cancer in his kidney, this could be the start of a downward spiral for him, I have known seniors who will have a health scare and recover and only last a few more months before dying, kinda sucks for him because he just started his old age pension last year.
