Truthfully, I'm struggling with my inhib. I mean, sure, I have propanadol sure it works amazingly, however I need a more permanent solution (ye,s and I'm already trying to put myself in more stressful situations and situations that a much more anxious me wouldve avoided or melted in) it is getting better however I do want some advice on what works fast and sustanibly (so no alcohol cus it fucks everything else in your life). So I really want to know what some of y'all have done, or what you guys know works. Not necessarily just only pharmacological solutions (although those are still welcome), just in general something other than just "get used to it" yk?
And for me, specifically, talking to others isn't a problem, nor am I extremely shy. It's only when even the smallest of my things are at risk (like when a teacher took my earbuds i was jumping up and down, hooting and hollering, asking for him to give them back) (this was off propanadol ofc) so yeah any tips and reccomendations are welcome.
