I have somewhat clear skin but every now and then i break out with random pimples or zits and its so fucking annoying. 2-3 or 4-5 pimples pop up on my face and my skincare routine is basic. i usually just double cleanse and add a retinol cream then moisturizer spf. should i get on accutane so these fuckass blemishes go away or should i update my skincare at all. my diet is good and i hydrate alot

They don't usually do low dose prescriptions in the US from my experience. But there is some indiamart shit. I could try and find you a source.

Stop using skincare its so fucking toxic, Just eat your skincare by eating liver and good food. Accutane is also toxic for your own liver.
