I know its ehrens joke but ı thought it can actually work bc of the wolfs law and do some research
Runners simulate the condition for bone growth in their heels very well and if you look up their feet and x rays their heels totaly normal and dont have any growth, Our body heals the microfractures in our feet back to their original shape, otherwise we would suffer from major orthopedic problems. It may cause stiffness in the feet, but this is related to the fatty tissue and skin, not the bone (+does not affect height) Smashing heels seems to only cause temporary swelling, muscle and bone pain. I don't think anyone would do it anyways but its cope and joke dont do it
