Have read and researched alot of studies abt halotestin i read more than just the popular 2.5mg halo study and seen that it increases height by a FAR margin

im pretty sure this is cuased by upregulation in mtor pathway and increased local igf1 however i have studied smth super niche in height

So bassically i found that cortisol can inhibit gh completely by up to 75% and halo makes ur cortisol alot worse so if i took a cortisol inhibitor it wpuld inhibit growth inhibitors and technically get me taller all throughput puberty

A popular one that i have seen that could increase height is tren because it partially inhibits cortisol by itself and upregulates igf1 however i think the risk isnt worth the roi its not worth it when u can do the first option i mentioned

would rather take medical dose halo like 2.5mg or 5mg

Isn't the height with tren much more influenced by how tren in itself make ur muscle+bone tissue more sensitive to IGF-1? (Yeah muh upregulate)

Would be cool to know if there's a study about how systemic high cortisol lowers height but it seems barbaric to do on ppl, maybe on mices.

thre r studies on sheep and other animals i forgot where,

it showed that it completely eradicated igf1 levels even though hgh was being made and present
