First I'm gonna talk about courses every single bone growth course is cope same with weight loss courses The reason why is because everyone has a different body type bloodtype etc my maintenance calories could be 4000 calories for example so if I eat 3500 calories I lose weight but
If your maintainance calories are let's say 3000 cals then you can't eat the same I do and lose weight instead you'll gain that's because we have different body types
And for bone growth every single peptide out there is 100%cope I'm talking about igf 1 specifically here but there's prolly more with igf 1 you don't Grow bones people wonder why it doesn't work after 18 it's because it doesn't grow your bones it enhances the speed off your bones growing
For example if I take igf-1 or hgh at 12 and then I have tons of more bonemass it wouldn't change a thing then if I didn't take it and waited that said bonemass would grow and come anyway through puberty sure it's pretty neat to get bonemass earlier but it costs 1k per gram so your spending shit tons of money for something that would've happened anyway
The only courses that are sort of decent are ones for muscle growth but all those do it give you a workout plan and tell you which workout you should do to grow a certain muscle you can find that information online for completely 3
Second thing I'm gonna call cope is all online raw mean and carnivore diets
This is pretty simple carnivore diets aren't that bad since your getting protein but your not getting any carbs to help grow muscle and you'll just be tired all the time and eating meat all the time without sugar or anything will make you quite sad since your dopamine will be down and your blood sugar too im not saying eat chocolate slop but you should include fruit honey and vegetables in your diet to balance it
Second is raw meat diets
I don't have much to say their just straight ass horrible for your health can cause salmonella fevers hurt your immune system excessive energy loss and all that for no reason eating raw eggs is the only slightly okay thing in there but I saw people eating Live chickens biting the chickens head off taking feathers and straight eating it this had horrible impacts on your health and can lead to death in certain cases
Not to mention its really expensive if you only eat raw steak and chicken breast 3 times a day everyday for a month that would be around 900 dollars a month or 14400 a year which is a whole part time jobs salary

So what about the other 0.1%
The workouts for abs guys and stuff even tho it's not very useful they do show workouts that target parts off the body and the guys who talk about hair such as Finasteride and Minoxidil talk about risks and stuff talk about cycles those aren't cope and are generally helpfull

why tf wouldnt i drink milk with steak? and i was just using it as a example , if you think i belive it i would be drinking 100g of sugar from milk every day
