For example: I have been seeing alot people making these unrealistic Surgery plans:
(Now this is no shade to this user, but came up with the idea to highlight this n have a discussion)
A Bimax/Double Jaw:
I will be breaking this section down from Cost/Age/Reality
Cost
Im going to give you a realistic breakdown in term's of cost and put things into perspective :
A vehicle/Car is the 2nd most expensive purchase in the average person's life.
The average price of a vehicle is at an all time high being $50k roughly (A NEW ONE) . Mind you majority of arent even paying $25k + for a vehicle in your 20's.
The average price of a Bimax in the US is $54k all in.
Are you guys lumping up $54k for a procedure ?, before even purchasing a house/Car/University ??????????
Like lets be real with ourselves here
Cause most of you will go to Uni after 18 - that's a cost
Most of you will be forced to purchase your own vehicle in your 20s - that's a cost
Most of you will spend to much time in studies, especially if its STEM n wont have the time to work long hours - that's a cost
Mind you if it's not even STEM, are you even graduate making enough money ? - that's another cost
Mind you the average person getting this procedure comes from a high Income earning family, do you come from a high earning family?:
Source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36804875/
A study analyzing thousands of orthognathic surgery patients found that household income was higher among patients treated at high-volume hospitals.
The same hospital's who preform a Giga load of Jaw procedure's at high volume.
This doesnt even factor in most of these high income earning families also had amazing insurance that cover'd a lump some ? do you have that type of insurance ? Would you even get approved ?
Now let me be even more Generous and assume your getting it done in turkey:
(also adding in on average it takes 1-3 years of planning on average)
| Procedure / Expense | USD | EUR | GBP |
| Double Jaw Surgery (Bimax + CCW) | $15,000 | €13,950 | £11,100 |

| Round Trip Flights | $1,500 | €1,395 | £1,110 |
| Accommodation (3 Weeks) | $2,500 | €2,325 | £1,850 |

| Ancillary Subtotal | $21,700 | €20,181 | £16,058 |
Total = $53,700 / €49,941 /£39,738This doesnt include revision which could add $5k

And assumes your wage slaving a normie job
And lets be honest, majority are getting this to enhance dating life:
Dating life Peak is between 18-26
- Are you going to have this money before 25 ?
- Are you on track to even pursuing a career that can afford this procedure ?
- would that career be able to accommodate PTO/sick Time off for 3-4 months ?
-Are you even planning this procedure ahead of time to even make it happen with a consolation to end result (Roughly 1-3 year wait time on average so a 18 year old will probs not Reep the benifits until 21 granted even the money)
-Are you going to take academic GAP Semester's ?
- Are you willing to miss out on College experience that can never be replicated again in the future ?
-Are you willing to miss out on early career networking due to wages slaving for this procedure ?
Cause to be in the position for this to happen you would have to:
- Not to drop out of college
- Not to switch majors (Ideally STEM)
- Not to lose your job
- Not to get laid off
- Not to have a major car repair (inevitable, n even than, the procedure cost more)
- Willing to drive a old beat car and live below means
- Not to have student loans eat your savings (go to a normie school)
- Not to move cities (High Cost of Living)
- Not to have a medical emergency
- Not to lose interest halfway through
The Brutal Age of Diminishing Returns
Life end at 30: https://looksmax.gg/threads/you-wis...uifuel-broke-autist-enter-with-caution.32177/| Age Range | Social Opportunity | Dating Pool Quality | Surgical Timeline | When You're Fully Healed | Net Peak Years Left | Realistic ROI | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 18–22 | College / Dorms / Parties / High-volume hookups | Prime. Mostly single, no kids, no divorce, low baggage. | Can't afford it. Zero savings. No insurance. | N/A | 0 | 0% | You're broke/ in Uni studying |

| 26–30 | Friends get married / Bachelor parties / Less clubbing | Declining fast. The high-value women (fit, educated, no baggage) are engaged or married by 27–28. What's left: single moms, divorcees, avoidant attachment types, or career-focused women who don't have time for you. | You saved aggressively. Surgery at 28. | 29 years old | 0–1 years (and that year is weak) | <10% | ou're paying $53k to be a 30-year-old trying to compete with 24-year-olds. Good luck. |
| 30–35 | Settling down / Mortgage talk / Kids from previous relationships | Rough. Most of your peers are married or in LTRs. Dating apps are full of single parents, emotional damage, or people who "don't know what they want." The party is over. | You can afford it now (maybe). Surgery at 32. | 33 years old | Negative. Your social prime is a memory. | 0% (or less) | "You are now paying a surgeon to fix a face that nobody under 30 will see in a club. |

She's cheating with 26 year old chad, not you | Surgery at 38. Healed at 39. | 40 years old | Negative infinity. | -1000% | You want to spend a house down payment on jaw implants at 40? Go ahead. Your stepkids will love your new chin. |
You version of ideal women/ the girl of your dreams IE:
Low body countHTB - Stacy
Has traditional values
Has already been taken by someone either chad or someone successful by the age of 26 meaning your window to peak is even smaller than before.
You are not competing with Chad. You are competing with time. And time is undefeated. By the time you save the money, heal, and step back into the dating market, the Stacy you wanted have already had her guts dug out by chad's. The boat didn't just leave. It sank. And you're standing on the dock in debt.
