im lucky i found it early asf, was 14 around that tiktok dillon latham era where it was fucking skincare and bullshit, i really started to focus on important things during summer 2024, i used accutane and started focusing a lot on my bone growth and it def helped, im still only 16 so im tryna maximize my growth as much as i can
