My dad is 6’1 and i am going to be 3 inches shorter than him holy fuck. Both my parents had late puberty and somehow I had it at 11 so fucking over and the fact that i live in a tall af country doesnt help, I might try MSM heard it can add an inch and height insoles. Can someone give me some hopefuel?

Clearly it’s not low tier if yall made dozens of comments and threads about me. But seriously, you said bone can’t be stretched like muscle but I linked a study showing bone has plasticity. If it has plasticity then it can be stretched. It’s 100% possible for bone to elongate very minimally if plastic deformation occurs although once the deformation is healed it goes back to normal. My theory is that we can induce the same affect but in a safer manner before reaching injury, which is where the low tension over long period of time comes in.

ur useless theory only causes scar tissue and then ossification of the alr existing bone, not more vertical growth

the only thing u would be doing is causing an injury and inducing catabolism jfl, once your endochondral plates fuse it's over you need cartilage tissue to create vertical height, and then that tissue needs to ossify, you dont have that? well guess what? u aint getting nun. Just get LL

no you didn't u are attributing the cause to something that did nothing jfl, it doesn't mater if you think it did cuz u "grew" when you started doing it, correlation doesn't equal causation.

It does matter because I only grew taller after doing it. And before doing it, my posture was normal (proven by PT) and my growth plates were closed ( measured by x ray). I measured thoroughly before and after and even my doctor meadured. I grew taller.

doctors still make mistakes, even with a doctor and a stadiometer you can still get around: ±0.3–0.5 cm variability, and also it's not the only factor, the amount of hours slept pelvic tilt, sleep position, disk hydration etc affect the results a lot, also you cant get temporary height gains from the decompression, but not real permanent height increase, it will probably stop if you stop doing banded sleeping.
The other possibility tho

get combat or hiking boots they alone will give you 1-2 inches then you can put more insoles into boot compared to shoes because you don't need to worry about your ankle coming out of the shoe
you could try something like banded sleeping and dead hanging before and after you go to bed for spinal decompression though that might give you an inch and half max 5'10 is a height that you can easily fraud to a good height with your chilling

Those are minimal affects (0.5 inches max) and I already said I took into account diurnal variation and measurement error. I actually grew significantly. Cope harder.
