I recently hit 40 days on isotret and my skin has never been better. My pores and nose have shrunk, don't even get pimples after chugging soda all day. I don't even wash my face at night anymore, I ldar all day and my skin is still squeaky clean. That's not an exaggeration either, my skin literally feels like a clean plate when I wake up and put water on it. Alongside this my collagen has never been better.

If anyone is considering isotret, do it, the side effects are irrelevant in comparison.

ur supposed to take with fat, that's what my derm said. Im pretty sure its fat soluble or sum and its less effective w/o fat

You should take it with 30g of fat to get its full benafits, thats around 800-900ml of full fat milk
