So basically i went to an ortho and she told me she needs to remove 4 premolars, she said its the only option and im starting to get convinced, all of my family have perfect smiles except me..... So I wanted to ask if maybe after the extraction if I get damon braces instead of traditional it could make the situation better

Premolar extraction can reduce protrusion but will flatten your profile, Get a second opinion with another orthodontist before doing sm, ig do it if your face improves more than it becomes worse after extraction
