Hey guys this is my current plan to take me from highltn/mtn to htn +
First I’m going to start with 3 months or so of
2mg Reta per week
250mcg mt2 2-3x per week until desired tan is met than maintenance
Ghkcu 1mg daily
Bpc157+tb500 used as needed when injured
Mk 677 5 days on 2 off for 8 weeks then switch to cjc 1295 with dac for 4 weeks
After 3 momths
Stop mk and cjc
Continue other peptides and add
200mg test e per week
50mg doses 4x per week to minimize side effects
100iu hcg 3x per week
Arimedex/Aromasin as neeeded
I will up dose to 400mg for a proper 12-16 week cycle if blood work looks good
Bloodwork will be done before starting and every 6 weeks after and I will stay on test for life.
Other things:
Oral minox + derma stamp for eyebrows
Dye eyebrows black and grow hair out curly and dye dark brown
Clean healthy diet
Lifting 4x per week
10k steps everyday
other good health supplements
Skincare
Stretching
Posture
Chin tucks
2hours chewing gum everyday
