The only thing i would change is hairstyle like mod cut so you can cover your forhead. Then you can also use skincare to clear that ass skin and try growing eyelashes and go to gym for more testosterone and try to be debloated like your zygos and your hollow cheeks should be visible up more thats only things you can improve to get htn then there is hard maxx of your cantal tilt thats is severly negative and thats if improved you can reach mhtn you are now real mtn you are not ugly neither if someone tells you that you are ltn then they are larpers good luck mate
