Just like you read, im about to go into a phase (attempt) of exactly 7 weeks eating less than 100 calories a day (basically on white monsters, coke zero, tomatoes sometimes). I have been thinking of doing some crazy shit like this for a long time but now is the best time ever to do it.
Why? Easy, im already 1 week into my first trenbolone cycle and im starting to feel it.

Im on exactly 250mg trenE and 200mg testE weekly, thats all my stack basically if we ignore the useless AI im currently using to delay growth plates.

Someone might expected this but im not going to train in the gym during this time or atleast im not gonna do it more than 2-3 times weekly since first of all holy fatigue and secondly these past 4 monthsast 2 of them being on high dose of testosterone i have built enough muscle and with the current stack i know im gonna hold it just fine and even if i lose a bit i dont even mind cuz im doin it for the face lmao.

What i want its just some mental tips to overcome the eating urge even if im not hungry. I know this would be better posted in some edtwt shit but i want the help of yall, not anyone else, loveyou.

I have researched before this and i have very sure that this is not gonna make my life worse in any way except im going to be miserable for this short span of time.

Something is Fasting from morning to night and the other thing is fasting from morning 26 May to Night 14 July
