Appreciate it, I just bought the Niacinamide and the Hydrocortisone, should i just search for jaw exercises on tiktok or something? i cant get any surgeries or implants yet since im not 18.

i remember some jaw exercises that worked for me it was a black dude the youtube video is probs 10 years old rn, dont think ill be able to find it he had a mogger jaw too but yeh just look at tutorials and balance the exercises out for each part of the jaw so you don't end up looking like connor murphy

If the hydrocortisone doesn't work you could also possibly try betamethasone as it is much stronger
