Hi guys, I am 17 and 4 months old, 5'11 rn, from the beginning i thought i was 6'2'' or smth, coz of my frame and early puberty growth spurt i really thought that
but when i saw reality and people getting taller and i am still kinda the same tbh, tho i was 178 at 13 ig, idk i think peak gooning made me lose height if i am coping or not idk, but i really wanna reach 6'5'' bare foot, like rn i am 5'11 bare foot no cap, no lies, not the 6'2'' larpers who r 5'11 with fucking 3 inch shoe soles, or at least i wanna be 6'2'' barefoot if 6'5'' is unattainable, but lowk i think i might just reach 6'5'' if i lock in with the sleep, stretch and raw milk, but i cant find raw milk, idk if it is cope or not but i certainly think its not cope obv.

I have severe hyperpigmentation which makes me half black and half brown,

in order to fix that i have kept a skincare routine off of serums but they dont really work, so i have thought of using
tretinoin 0.05 + hyodraquinone consistently, the hyperpigmentation is severe like it makes 2 lines off of under my eyes towards my nose, so if any of you can suggest something rather than this, that'd be effective, would really help, also its like not exactly visible, merged with my skincolor almost but yea some part of it seems very separate.

Can I do smth at home to treat my short palate, or mse is the only option ?
Can I do smth for my recessed infras or infra implants r the only option also they r kinda risky any other surgery recommended ?
my lips r not that wide and philtrum is very short, like not non existent but yea short, how do i improve that, and i have kinda small ramus but not non existent, can short ramus slide in or do i really need jaw angle implants.
