I can't tell if you dyed your brows yet but definitely do that if you haven't. Your dimo is pretty good bro. use minox or latisse for lashes, dye them if necessary

also try betamethasone for your nose I think it's a little hard to get but it's something like 600x more powerful than hydrocortisone
