zygo pushing won't help you and if anyone ever tells you it will never take advice from them again as they know just as much as you what it will do though is assist you in drainage of fluids in the face and I do think the claims of bone growth come from the loosening of fascia which can lead to a slight increase of the rate of expansion through means of mewing and thumbpulling (assuming it works) it may also assist with mse but if your goal is to loosen fascia you need more then just zygo pushing
