You can still grow past plate fusing

All the soft tissue in ur spine and legs can still be thickened and expanded for an extra inch or two. Ofc you'll get pains but who cares when ur 2 inches taller then u were last month at 22
i saw on an org thread thay oldcells can use hgh to grow but only 0.5 - 1inch from spine decompression, even using a pep like hgh and only growing that mich, expand on how ud plan to grow tho

But explain why it's false
after epiphyseal fusion, bone growth (longitudinally) is impossible simply bcz epiphyseal cartilage ossifies into an epiphyseal line, which stops endochondral ossification. (the only reason for skeletal elongation).

same for soft tissue hypertrophy. The periosteum might undergo appositional remodeling but that'll only increase thickness and not length

every single post fusion "growth" case reflects decompression or diurnal variation in spinal disc hydration. intervertebral discs regain fluid overnight via osmotic imbibition which expands total spinal length by 1-2cm (but for others it can be diff, like i lose 3 maybe 4cm per day), which is reversed under axial load during the day.

pain post fusion correlates w microtears in paraspinal connective tissue or intervertebral joint strain. Not skeletal lengthening.

post fusion only LL can increase height

Big words to larp high iq. Fair take ive realised 2 inches is alot. Completely possible to grow after fusion and maintain the same hieght for weeks If not permanent tho. Ofc bone can't gain any length but the thickening of the cartilage in between spine discs will push the bone further up causing more hieght and better posture

adult intervertebral discs are made of fibrocartilage w a dehydrating nucleus pulposus and the disc height decreases with age due to degeneration. not hypertrophy.
temporary hydration effects only cause difference in height and that's only for like 2 hours lol

postural correction (by strengthening postural muscles like erector spinae, multifidus, you can fix spinal kyphosis, anterior pelvic tilt) only create appearance of height gain but there's no structural change like bones lengthening. it's neuromuscular.

cartilage (fibrocartilage in discs) does not hypertrophy in a way thatll increase your height. BUT, It can undergo minor ECM remodeling (like proteoglycan content changes. articular and fibrocartilage can respond to loading with minor extracellular matrix remodeling). Still it doesn't cause height gain. it's microscopic

show me one case that shows actual BONE growth for height after fusion of plates and I'll believe you.

and by the way, im not "using big words to larp high iq", im just telling you what I've learnt and read from my dad and family member's medical books.

Dude ur not getting what I'm saying at All never once mentioned bone growth bc it's not possible. My point is that there products out there that cause connective tissue and the cartilage in between discs and in between bones to grow, not absorb water. Not hydration, not bone. Simply, if u apply a couple of products and routines, u can grow an extra inch. Also fibrocartilage degradation happens over years and years in unnoticeable amounts doesn't meaningly effects hieght for over 25-30 years depending on plate closure

Even chat gpt agrees that the spinal disc cartilage can be elongated by thickening and it MIGHT be permanent but you need to have a long cycle which means risks Increase
