Both of them I would say are not primal, goatis made his own thing and just took the name of primal, he acctually first started eating raw meat because of the raw keto diet not the primal diet by aajonus

I mostly watch goatis because hes funny and face iq is not primal at all. Goatis has fucking insane takes on his telegram but atleast he made it popular enough so i could learn about it.
