I have wide ahh hips; does anybody know how to fix them? i also have pectus carinatum, i am planning on fixing it; after fixing it, it will make my ribcage slightly wider.

Also, I've heard that if i lose and gain weight bunch of times it will become more invinsible. (if you know what i mean)

Nothing you do will fix it it's bone just keep training and when you get bigger it'll get less noticeable
