Because white developed and navigated the world because of the “Faustian spirit”, and acknowledging the good of colonization and 18th-20th century Europe is framed as white supremacy these days, regardless of intent.

because they decided to EXPLORE AND CONQUER and try to build it and maintain it. East asians like the prime chinese empires and shit only bothered to trade and explore while decidedely to self isolate most of the time and never actually try to build and maintain their explored territories leading to them falling off. Europeans have the faustian spirit or whatever so they actually try to expand in a good way
