Ive seen multiple people claiming to be nd because they are an over think, are high inhib, or have horrible social skills. As someone who is actually neurodivergent (ADHD) ive always found it weird that bad social skills and being high inhib are always paired with being ND when in my life ive never struggled with soical skills or making friends. Plus being an overthinker or having high inhibition are not mental disorders.
