why are we going so unbelievably indepth into jewish culture, shits not even important to the main plotline
normally i dont really care about jews past the engrained disgust response, but i just dont understand how you can even deny this
ive literally never learnt more about a religion in school than i have now, not even in any scripture classes

They also teach it quite a lot in catholic schools from what I have heard.

I get that Christianity stems from Judaism but at the same time, they completely disregard Jesus as the messiah which goes against one of the largest things they believe in; it doesn’t seem like teaching Judaism would actually be in their best interests

agreed, its no coincidence that abrahamic religions (originated from a desert area) make hell a hot place while norse religions make their "hell" a cold place

technologically mogging every other genocide because of the effort of companies that still exist still doesnt mean that they have to teach me about yom kippur or whatever else
nothing wrong with teaching me about the genocide specifically, but teaching me about irrelevant jewish culture pisses me off tbh
