A lobotomy is a procedure where a doctor drills a hole into your brain and takes away/ moves the brain matter resulting in changes of emotional behaviours and emotional responses
Now if your low inhib and neurotypical you shouldn't get a lobotomy because there isn't much benefit to it but if your high inhib and neurodivergent i would recomend it

It is a simple procedure that I did at home all you need is a drill with a 4-5mm drill bit.
After you've acquired your drill you want to start making a hole above your brain stem.
Once you've made the hole get a long piece of metal that will fit in the hole and put it 5cm in your head mooving it in a circular motion.
Do NOT go down because if it hits your brainstem it hurts like a bitch and will make you more neurodivergent.
