I want to start igf-1 and have read a few papers conforming it works but ive seen a quite a few people say if you localized it, it wont cause osteoblasts in the desired location. Can some who has used it before confirm or deny if this is true?

if we made filler that contained bone anabolic agents like sost inhibitios dkk1 inhibitors igf1 androgens etc would the filler grow bone over time?
