Also how old are you and you might wanna consider a rhinoplasty rest is decent if u need a rating i would say low ltn but theres much you can fix

How tall are you and how much do u weight u seem pretty skinny probably of ur neck tho (which you can fix so keep going mirin)

You have good bone mass, theres not much you can really improve without surgeries, however i noticed your canthal tilt is neutral so if your interested in making it more positive do some exercises specifically for the eyes and you should see results in 2-6 weeks if you stay consistent, btw if you ever consider surgery please get a rhinoplasty and specifically ask for then to priortise alar base reduction, my reccomendation is istanbul.
