DOPAMINE, DOPAMINE AND MORE DOPAMINE
You come back to watch the same thing over and over again - porn. As you watch porn, your brain releases dopamine, and when that high subsides, you want more. It's a difficult addictive cycle that seemingly has no end. You chase that favourable high a numerous amount of times.
Your brain is shifting through the adaption to constant, high-intensity stimulation through down regulation (the reduction of quantity of dopamine receptors). Thus, you risk everyday rewards as less rewarding, lead to apathy or a lust for release to some degree. Once the reward centre is altered, a person will compulsively seek out the activity or place that triggered the dopamine discharge. (Like addicts who get excited passing the alley where they first tried cocaine, the patients got excited thinking about their computers.)

Due to this unnatural desensitisation, your tastes become more specific, leading to more extreme content to achieve the same high that you first received - the chance of reaching such a high as your firsts are very low. However, as your wants become more narrowed down, this can lead to a compulsive search for disturbing material; a material that is inhumane and unnatural.

The practice of edging, (continually delaying an orgasm to prolong the state of arousal) keeps the brain in a state of high stress and constant arousal, potentially frying the reward system faster than typical porn consumption.

You are destroying your dopamine receptors as the brain is rewired to favour artificial stimulation over real-life experiences, (low T behaviour).

PIED > PROBLEMS DURING SEX > JEWS
One large-scale study of porn users found that 23% of porn-using men under age 35 (i.e., men in their sexual prime) report some level of sexual dysfunction (most often erectile dysfunction) when having sex with a real-world partner. This study also tells us: The amount of porn a man watches is linked to ED. More porn equals more ED, heavy porn users take significantly longer than other men to reach orgasm with a real-world partner. They may struggle to reach orgasm at all, and heavy porn use is linked to an overall dissatisfaction with real-world sex.
Why risk being apart of this percentile. If you risk being apart of this percentile, you also risk not being able to get it up with a partner to your maximum ability, which thus cap the desire rather than let it soar. You risk diminishing oxytocin and dopamine that could've exceeded the cap during lovemaking.

Instead, problems with ED, DE, and anorgasmia are tied to the fact that when a male spends 80, 90, or even 100% of his sexual energy viewing and masturbating to pornography, he is, over time, likely to struggle with a lone real-world partner.

In a study, the prevalence of ED in young men is alarmingly high, and the results of this study suggest a significant association with PPC (Problematic pornography consumption). In another study, according to their IIEF-5 scores, 21.48% (444/2067) of our sexually active participants (ie, those who attempted penetrative sex in the previous 4 weeks) had some degree of ED. It's not a large number, however it's unfortunate that they weren't all free of ED. (Not to mention how old this study was, April 2019 and May 2020. Porn views have definitely skyrocketed since then. Porn is a Jewish form of media controlled by unknown dictators that control the world in order to control you - their slaves. The ones they can order to bring the Messiah.

Porn is deranged Israeli/Jewish-originated material - don't glaze it over with cope. A man spent roughly $4 million in transaction for a pornstar's content - it's filthy, it'd addicting, it's NOT NATURAL.

A FRACTION OF THE BRAIN
In a study conducted at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Germany, 64 healthy male adults covering a wide range of pornography consumption reported hours of pornography consumption per week.

We found a significant negative association between reported pornography hours per week and grey matter volume in the right caudate. This means the right caudate contained slightly less grey matter tissue (took up slightly less space) in people who reported more pornography use. In some contexts, lower volume in reward-related regions is associated with stronger habitual or compulsive behaviour patterns. They also found weaker functional connectivity between the caudate and prefrontal cortex in heavier users.
Conclusion: Higher reported porn use went along with slightly smaller measured volume in a reward-related brain region.

16 healthy college students and five college students with severe internet pornography addiction were invited to participate in the experiment and watch a pornographic video. They used a technique called functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to measure brain activity (changes in blood oxygen signals) during viewing. The group with low-frequency pornography viewing exhibited enhanced functional connectivity in the inferior prefrontal cortex and pars triangularis of Broca’s area in the frontal lobe, the primary somatosensory cortex in the parietal lobe, and the pre-motor and supplementary motor cortices. They also showed higher physiological arousal (heart rate changes) and stronger emotional facial responses during viewing.

Furthermore, the high-frequency group performed worse on a cognitive task (the Stroop test). They responded more slowly and with lower accuracy vs. before viewing and vs. the low-frequency group. Brutal display of cognitive performance.

But it did not prove that pornography use caused these differences or that they reflect lasting harm. The results simply show patterns that may be worth studying further in larger, controlled, longitudinal research. However, I don't agree with risking so much of my brain and cognitive performance because it did not directly prove porn caused these differences to a high enough degree to matter. Further studying is required to aid that idea. It's retarded to deny porn didn't cause at least some of the damage.

Even to the untrained eye, the brains of pornography addicts are visibly depleted, worse than even the brain scans of heroin addicts.

Even more alarming, the region of the brain most depleted by addictive pornography consumption is the prefrontal cortex, the region Dr. Lawrence V. Tucker says “makes you human.” He says its your CEO and controls every other aspect of the brain. When you’re hooked on porn, your “CEO drops off” and you “don’t make good decisions.”

GENERAL
Porn users’ brains are actually smaller than normal. Cambridge Neuropsychiatrist Valerie Voon was featured in the UK documentary Porn on the Brain. Her research demonstrates that the brains of habitual porn users show great similarity to the brains of alcoholics. A brain structure called the ventral striatum plays a significant role in the reward system of the brain—the pleasure pathways. It is the same part of the brain that “lights up” when an alcoholic sees a picture of a drink.

A 2020 longitudinal study found, “Compelling evidence shows that frequency of pornography exposure is associated with negatively perceived body image and sexual body image.”
Dr. Dolf Zillmann and Dr. Jennings Bryant found that people who watched porn were desensitized to violent sex and rape. People who watched porn had a lower view of traditional institutions like marriage and family.

In 2002, the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy, published research showing that when men are shown pictures of centrefold models from Playboy and Penthouse, this significantly lowered their judgments about the attractiveness of “average” people. The fact that this has been happening since 2002 is insane.

When it comes to porn, the brain naturally imagines the viewer in the pornographic scene. When a man is turned on by porn his body is not merely responding to the naked woman. His brain is picturing himself as the main character, heightening the arousal. You see, porn isn’t merely arousing to men because the women in it are attractive, but because it makes the man feel sexy or really good.

This trains men not to get their sense of personal validation from real life relationships but from pixels on a screen.
If you’re hooked on porn, you may have the experience of looking up at the clock and realizing you’ve burned through a couple of hours looking at porn when you have other things you should be doing. The bottom line is, there’s reason to believe that looking at porn may make it more difficult to retain the information you need for important tasks, whether you’re in school or working. This trains your brain subconsciously to lose perception of time during porn - as when you're in the moment, are you really able to think of anything else? Not at all, thus time burns away like never before. All of your good memories are created and remembered from your teenage years, and all you'll have to remember is you jerking it away. Nice, man.

Don't forget the withdrawal symptoms when you aren't gooning. It's a real thing and affects many - the absence of desire, of lust can feel irritating or depressing. It's a craving that you have to have. You're being controlled consciously and subconsciously by these pixels.
Free yourself from this slop. It's not funny any more - it's your life.

Ok, so it was literally from people who weren't even masturbating,g therefore what people do when masturbaitng and orgasming is probably 2x worse so yeah take that as you will best strat for me was just preventing any risk of even doing it in the first place.

Rabbi definition: A rabbi is a trained teacher, leader and authoritarian on Jewish laws, ethics, and tradition, ordained after in-depth study of texts like the Talmud and the Torah (now faggot books).
As of early 2025, there is no publicly announced, singular named CEO for Aylo (formerly MindGeek); the company is operated under the direction of the partners at Ethical Capital Partners, which includes Solomon Friedman, Fady Mansour, Derek Ogden, Sarah Bain, and Rocco Meliambro. <-- Has to infer the big boss is some kind of Jew, or it is Israel, or a known dictator, politician - something.

I love the use of CSS text, regardless refraining from jerking off is also a net negative in the grand scheme of things, my solution; get pussy
